At least 5 months old, for every program. We do not run a separate puppy program, so a younger dog waits until then.
What happens when my dog comes home?
You get a one-on-one handover session with your trainer, about an hour and a half for the 7-day program and two hours for the 10-day and Urban K9 programs, so you know how to handle everything your dog learned. Every program also comes with a free lifetime refresher if the commands ever start to slip.
